We are delighted to be working with Plastic Free Community Walthamstow to deliver this practical session looking at how Walthamstow residents and businesses can work together to attain plastic free status from the Surfers Against Sewage plastic free communities initiative.
There will be tips, insights, networking opportunities, recommended sustainable cocktail and mocktail recipes and more 🙂
Speaking to representatives from the local community (both businesses and consumers with experiences in reducing plastic), we will be answering questions such as:

What are the responsibilities of residents, business owners and local policy makers around plastic free living?
How will the upcoming plastic legislation affect you?

Is plastic free shopping actually better for your business?
There will be opportunities to network, to discuss solutions, to outline changes that we want to see and even to pitch what you are doing as a business to reduce your plastic.
